Biography

Warren E. Zack, age 90 of Westfield, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo. He was born on February 6, 1919 in Chicago, son of the late John and Vera Zack.

Daughter - Nancy (Gene) Gibellina, Westfield

Son - Warren "Butch" Zack, Westfield

Warren's wishes were to be cremated. No services will be held.
