Ashton Zuehls

October 9, 2009 - January 11, 2010

Ashton Fredrick Zuehls, age 3 months of Montello, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2010 at Divine Savior Hospital, Portage. He was born on October 9, 2009 in Portage to Zeb and Melanie Zuehls. Ashton was with us only for a short time but he brought great joy and love to our family. He will always remain in our hearts.
Survivors include his parents, Zeb and Melanie (Henke) Zuehls and his sister, Olivia, Montello; maternal grandparents, Kay (Phil) Nelson, Endeavor and Ronald (Jean) Henke, Westfield; paternal grandparents, Ronald (Tama) Zuehls, Montello; three aunts, Lynette (Jeremy) Schehr, Amanda and Lyncee Zuehls; one uncle, Ronald (Sara) Henke; two maternal great grandma’s, Verla Henke and Idella Nelson; paternal great grandparents, Herb and Dolores Maier and many other relatives. Ashton was preceded in death by two maternal great grandpa’s, Gerhardt “Smokey” Henke and Hubie Nelson; paternal great grandparents, Fredrick and Everdean Zuehls.
A memorial service for Ashton will be held on Friday, January 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, Montello with Rev. Sue Bryce officiating. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
