Betty Kaminski

January 7, 1931 — April 30, 2014

Biography Betty Ann Kaminski, age 83, of Montello passed away on Wednesday, April 30th, 2014 surrounded by the love of her family. She now rejoices in heaven with the love of her life, Stanley, whom she married on January 7, 1950. Betty is survived by their four children: Janet (Sam) Faulkner of Montello; Jerry (Laurie) Kaminski of Montello, Jane (Steve) Redenius of Janesville and James (Gail) Kaminski of Portage. She has 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lillian Boal of Woodstock, IL, brother Virgil Boal of Hebron, IL, sister Milly Bentley of Hebron, IL, grandson Michael Faulkner and son-in-law David Faulkner.

Betty was born in Woodstock, IL on January 7, 1931. Betty and her family moved to Wisconsin in 1966 where they farmed. She enjoyed growing and selling vegetables, delivering the Shopper Stopper for many years, playing board games and spending time with the family. Betty worked for many years at Value Village in Portage as the Assistant Manager/Office Manager before retiring. She enjoyed the Buffalo Community Bible Church family and was active in the Ladies Group for many years.

A funeral service for Betty will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Buffalo Community Bible Church, Montello with Rev. Ron Larson officiating. Inurnment will be in Underhill Cemetery at a later date. A visitation will be held on Monday from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
