Darryl Russell

Darryl Lee Russell, age 71 of Westfield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital in Madison.  He was born on December 6, 1951 in Racine, WI to John and Anna (Billington) Russell.  Darryl was a very caring and loving man.  He would do anything that was asked of him for family and friends, especially for his boys, Eric and John.  Darryl loved watching baseball, basketball, football and NASCAR.  He is no longer in pain.

Darryl is survived by his wife, Elaine; two sons, Eric (Rachel) and John Russell; two grandchildren, Abigail and Clayton Russell; two sisters, Rosalie and Charlene; brother, Stan; many other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Sheryl; two brothers, John and David.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Darryl will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Westfield with Father Gary Krahenbuhl officiating. Burial will be in Westfield East Cemetery with full military honors presented by the Westfield Honor Guard.  A visitation will be held on Friday from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
