Being the firstborn,
Not the middle or the last,
Responsibility came early
And you grew up fast.

To be a role model
Right from the start
Was your family assignment
And you gave it your heart.

You discovered new ways
To be outstanding
And you never missed a step
When life was demanding.

You've made your family proud
And you'll forever be
Much more than wonderful-
Especially to us.
