Donald Jerome, age 86 of Westfield, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Wisconsin Dells Health Services where he has resided since 2015.

No formal service will be held. Inurnment will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL at a later date.
