Francis Gene Dahlke, M.D., age 70 of Arizona, formerly of Wisconsin, went to be with his heavenly Father on February 10, 2007 at his home in Arizona. He was born on March 25, 1936 in Wisconsin Rapids.
Survivors include his loving wife, Bonnie; four children; seven grandchildren; other realtives and many friends.
A funeral service was held in Glendale, Arizona. Interment will be in Westfield East Cemetery.
