Henry Neumann

Henry M. Neumann, age 78 of Westfield, formerly of Edgerton, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2006 at his home. He was born on July 9, 1928 in Spencer, WI, son of the late William and Anna (Koch) Neumann. Henry married Edwyna Babcock on February 10, 1950 in Rockford, IL, she preceded him in death on June 6, 2005. He worked for Giddings & Lewis, Janesville as a machinist. Henry was a lifelong member of Edgerton Conservation Club, donor and supporter of Ducks Unlimited and he was an avid trap shooter, hunter and fisherman.
Survivors include his two sons, Gregory Neumann, Janesville and Brian (Val) Neumann, Iowa; four grandchildren, Becky Neumann, Madison and Bill Neumann, Janesville, Eric and Christopher Neumann, Iowa; other relatives and many friends. Henry was preceded in death by four sisters, Margaret Stillmann, Marian Klein, Alice Krause and Adalia Christopherson; two brothers, John and Laurence Neumann.
A funeral service for Henry will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Westfield with Vicar Ron Riemer officiating. Interment will be in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Township of Springfield. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the hour of service at the church.
