Jacqualine Ann Ludvigsen, age 72 of Westfield, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at ThedaCare Medical Center in Berlin. She was born on September 13, 1952 in Clintonville, WI to James and Josephine (Carlson) Ludvigsen.
Jacqualine worked for Dr. Shalash as a nurse at his clinic in Westfield for many years.
Following Jacqualine’s wishes, no service will be held.
