James L. Welbourne, age 65 of Westfield, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Lakeview at Mill Pond CBRF in Westfield. He was born on January 31, 1954. Jim enjoyed listening to country music and watching old westerns.
A graveside service for Jim will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Westfield South Cemetery with Pastor Terry Temanson officiating.
