Lily Pickens

Lily T. Pickens and lovingly known as Ma, age 87 of Brooks, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Clearview Nursing Home in Juneau.  She was born on March 31, 1931 in Chicago, IL to Henri and Margaret (Moran) DuVoisin.

Survivors include eight children; 11 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother; many other relatives and friends.  Lily was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Andrew “Jay”; one sister and two brothers.

A visitation for Lily will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home in Westfield and on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church in Brooks.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Lily will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church in Brooks with Father Francis Dias officiating.  Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Brooks.
