Wes was a Sergeant in the First Marine Air Wing at Cherry Point NC, and an incredibly generous and gracious man. He was the owner of a successful family business in the meat packing industry. He loved spending time on his hobby farm with his herd of Scottish Highland Cattle, horses and chickens and tinkering with anything related to the farm and woodworking whether it be carving or building something.

A special thank you to all the wonderful, caring and compassionate staff at both the VA Hospital and the CLC Hospice Unit for the extremely wonderful dignified care we received during our stay there. Also to the Carbone Cancer Center at U.W. Hospital for all its care.
