William Wilton

William "Bill" L. Wilton, age 80 of Montello, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2008 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born on December 21, 1927 in Milwaukee, son of the late William H. and Clara (Milward) Wilton. Bill married Colleen Meyer on September 2, 1950 in West Allis, she preceded him in death on June 30, 2004. He worked for Bostrom Corp., Milwaukee as a process engineer for 23 years. Bill help start the Mukwonago Jaycees and was a member of Metz Mosher American Legion Post # 244, Westfield and Montello Masonic Lodge # 141. His greatest joys were his family, hunting, fishing, square dancing and in his later years playing golf at Thal Acres.
Survivors include two daughters, Connie (Kirk) Krueger, Montello and Corine (Thomas) Parrish, Marshall; two grandchildren, Kyle Krueger, Portage and Rachel (Richard) Huser, Mukwonago; three great grandchildren, Alex and Sierra Huser and Kaden Krueger; other relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by two brothers.
A memorial service for Bill will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, Montello with Rev. Sue Bryce officiating. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at church.
